Cancellation Policy

RV Sites and Cabins:

Cancellations made 72 hours prior to arrival will be refunded except for a $5.00 service charge.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged the equivalent of the first night stay for daily and weekly reservations.
Holiday or special event reservation deposits are non-refundable.

Monthly RV Sites:

Cancellation of a monthly reservation will forfeit the $250.00 deposit if reservation is cancelled at any time. Monthly guests will only be prorated after one full month stay.
